Do you offer delivery services?

Unfortunately, currently our toys and children’s accessories can be collected from our office in Adeje. We also invite partnerships with hotels and travel agencies to provide direct delivery to your guests at hotels.

Can I extend the rental period?

Yes, you can extend the rental period without any issue. However, if the toy is already reserved by another customer and we don’t have multiples of it, we’ll ask you to return it by the longest available date. Remember, we need to prepare the toy for the next client before it can be rented again.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, changes and cancellations are possible. We request that you contact us as soon as possible in such cases to make the necessary adjustments.

Can I purchase a toy that my child has grown fond of?

Absolutely. If your child is not ready to part with a rented toy after a rental period, you have the option to purchase it. Please send us a message specifying the toy through our contact form, and we’ll assist you with the process. However, if someone is already waiting for this toy, you may have to return it for a short time before we deliver a completely new one to you.

What should I do if my child damages or loses a toy or part of it?

Accidents happen, and we understand that! If your child accidentally damages one of the rented toys, inform us and return all its components, including the damaged ones. You will only bear the cost associated with restoring the toy to its original condition.

Are the toys I rent clean and safe?
